The Wake-Up Call
Rewinding started because my health began to slip.
In my mid-50s, after surgery, I went from a relatively fit guy to overweight, high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, and low energy. I could feel my vitality fading fast.
My father died at 48.
I have five kids.
That math hit me hard.
What scared me most was this: I thought I was doing better than I actually was.
When I recovered, I went back to training and started studying longevity seriously. My instinct was clear in that the problem wasn't just visible weight. It was happening at the cellular level.
I became the experiment.
I tested, tracked, and adjusted. NAD+ with TMG noticeably improved my energy and recovery, but I knew I was only scratching the surface. That search led me to a longevity specialist, Dr. Ravi Gupta, and together we built what became Rewind Time - the supplement foundation of the system.
Then something happened that changed everything.
The Journey
At 59, on a family trip to Cancun, my daughter took a photo of me on the beach. It was not a flattering picture. I weighed only 159 pounds, but the image made one thing obvious: though my numbers were improving, I wasn't as healthy as I imagined.
That moment became extremely motivating for me.
Over the next 12 months, I refined the full system - training, recovery, nutrition, supplementation, metabolic health. I reduced things to simple, repeatable structures across the board.
The results were measurable in the mirror, in performance, and in bloodwork.
After a career that included co-founding Take-Two Interactive (publisher of Grand Theft Auto), I never planned to turn my personal health journey into a company.
But too many people are facing the same quiet slide, the same confusion, and the same lack of one coherent system that transforms your body from the inside out.
So we built Rewinding RX to bring everything together into one practical system - one that works in real life, without five hours a day, extreme biohacks, or an impossible routine.
