• Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will remedy the situation by shipping a new, correct product at no additional cost to you. Contact us through your Customer Portal support chat to report the issue and initiate the process.
• Return Process: Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will coordinate with the pharmacy to resolve the issue, but the customer is not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

• We do not offer refunds for unopened or unused prescription medications. However, if we ship a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost, as outlined above.
• Refunds for subscription billing issues (e.g., overcharges) will be handled on a case-by-case basis through our Customer Portal support chat.
